工作職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)制定和實(shí)施公司新行業(yè)市場(chǎng)的銷售策略，完成公司設(shè)定的銷售目標(biāo)；2. 深入研究行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)，挖掘新的行業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，開(kāi)拓新行業(yè)客戶資源；3. 帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展新行業(yè)客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)工作，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)；4. 參與新行業(yè)項(xiàng)目的招投標(biāo)工作，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目談判、合同簽訂及回款跟進(jìn)；5. 分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài)，為公司提供市場(chǎng)情報(bào)及策略建議；6. 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源，為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供支持，確保項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施；7.負(fù)責(zé)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的培訓(xùn)、激勵(lì)和考核，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體銷售能力。任職要求：本科及以上學(xué)歷具備5年以上項(xiàng)目型銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中3年以上新行業(yè)客戶開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉新行業(yè)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)，具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)分析及判斷能力；具有豐富的客戶資源，能獨(dú)立開(kāi)拓新行業(yè)客戶；具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力、談判技巧及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力；抗壓能力強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)頻繁出差；工作主動(dòng)性高，責(zé)任感強(qiáng)，具備良好的職業(yè)道德和敬業(yè)精神。
