Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Accountability of dedicated segment/application business with KPI’s of orders, revenue and business penetration processDefine target segment with PMMs & Define go to market strategy and attacking plan for dedicated segment/applicationCoordinate with ABB internal resources to support the business activities & Cooperate with industry sales, regional sales and CPs for new segment attackingKey customer relationship building to promote businessThe position provides an excellent environment to develop skills in marketing strategy development, execution and leadership. In this position the employee reports to Local Product Group Product Marketing Manager.Qualifications for the RoleBachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical engineering or target potential segment relatedMinimum 5 years in target potential segment, with deep familiarity of the segment/application ecosystem and key vendorsKnowledge of target potential segment, datacenter segment for example, technology(familiarity with IDC procurement processes and standards) and business mode(existing network with data center operators/design firms/EPC contractors)With target potential segment key customer technical or business resource, data center for example with key EU and EPC resource and project experience, prefer if with knowledge of air conditioning manufacture technology and business mode>3 years of experience in technical or sales related to automation or drive productsGood English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing)Proactive attitude and willing to take challenges and encouraging & motivating others to do soWilling to travel frequentlyMore about usABB Drive Products serves the industries and infrastructure segments with world-class drives and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
