Technical Product ManagerJob Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead and manage programs focused on Network Interface Card (NIC) for AI storage applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of Network Interface Card technologies and strong product management skills to drive product development from conception to launch. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning program ****ives with the company’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:1.Product & Program Management:oLead end-to-end product definition and program management for hardware and FPGA development, including planning, execution, and delivery.oDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with engineering and business ****ives.oMonitor program progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.2.Technical Leadership:oServe as the technical point of contact for NIC/DPU-related projects, providing guidance and expertise to engineering teams.oCollaborate with hardware and software engineers to define technical requirements, specifications, and design considerations for NIC products.oStay up-to-date with industry trends and NIC/DPU technology advancements to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.3.Cross-Functional Coordination:oFacilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product management, quality assurance, and other stakeholders.oOrganize and lead regular program status meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.oResolve technical and operational issues that may arise during the development lifecycle.4.Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:oWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs, customer requirements, and industry standards.oGather and incorporate feedback to ensure NIC/DPU products meet or exceed customer expectations.oProvide regular updates to senior management on program status, risks, and achievements.5.Documentation and Reporting:oMaintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and status reports.oPrepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-mortem analyses.Qualifications:?Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.?Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on NICs or related hardware/software technologies.?Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NIC technologies, network protocols, hardware design, and software development.?Product Management: Proven track record of defining products and managing complex technical projects, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.?Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.?Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.Preferred Attributes:?Experience with high-performance or specialized NIC for storage (e.g., RDMA, 50/100G NICs).?Knowledge of AI, storage network, cloud computing, and data center technologies.?Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
